very attentive staff, although we were standing at the bar waiting or a table, the bar tenders were very helpful in getting drinks for us. We ordered the 16oz steak with bone marrow along with a side of polenta. The steak was cook nicely and the polenta was done nicely. Fantastic atmosphere , good place for a 1st date!!
Wow this place is awesome! All we did was dropped in for their razor clam salad and a drink and it was amazing! Very simple, very nice. Definitely not a fine dining place, but excellent for a casual bite & catchup with friends. The decor is nice with a few fine details around making it warm, trendy, and welcoming. Staff are friendly and makes the whole place feel comfortable.
Top notch seafood. As a seafood lover, I really enjoyed my meal. Very pleasant atmosphere.The east coast oysters were very fresh and not too expensive. Their snow crab legs are an excellent treat. So succulent and the dijonnaise was excellent.
Food & drinks were great, staff was cold & pretentious. I have no desire to return.
Saxon & parole. Attitude from hostess when we arrived,which is always weird for a restaurant; the service was good, respectful, so that when we sent the fries back, twice, they were happy to oblige. They can’t cook meat; at least not the way you order it. They offered a dessert as an apology, but we declined. would not go back
Really great drinks and food. I am a BIG fan of this place. Would recommend the the mushroom mousse, the scallops the soup (whatever they have that day- always good) and they have a risotto I am addicted to. The place is fun, and warm with perfect music and a bar that is always busy and with excellent cocktails.
Drinks & Oysters. Went to dinner there and was thrilled with the flavorful drinks, friendly/courteous staff and delicious oyster selection. The waitstaff is quite knowledgable about the food and more than happy to indulge in any questions. We were also brough a complimentary glass of champagne which was, obviously, happily accepted by the table. All of the food ordered exceeded expectations and the ambiance in general was nice. The pork chop was EXCELLENT, thick and succulent. Another notable item was the bone marrow sauce, though i’m not much of a marrow fan the rest of my party was impressed by it especially since the chef honored a request for a small side of it for the table to share.Though we were seated in a booth near the bar, in no way did we feel as though we were trapped in the main line of thoroughfare. Will definitely be back!
