We were in chinatown last weekend and with the rain and cold weather, wanted to have some hot snacks. Found this place on the way, though it was almost empty the dishes were perfectly made. A great vegetarian place for some lovely Chinese food. Ordered fried wonton and spinach dimsums. Both were well made. I would want to visit again!
The dimsum here is great. I have enjoyed everything I ordered. Try the mince pork buns they are yummy. The Napa rolls w Mushrooms are delish too. I also recommend the lotus wrapped sticky rice, its a favorite of mine, try it with the chilli sauce.
Bad food. The banana fritters with honey was really good, but other than that the rest of the dim sum were greasy and bad. The worst was the mock shrimp rice rolls, slimy and disgusting. I think if you are a vegetarian looking to have dim sum, look elsewhere like Nom wah tea parlor near by as they have decent options for vegetarians.
