Disappointed by service. Last week I visited both Vosges boutiques. I was already familiar with Vosges’ Mo’ Bacon bar and some other exotic chocolate combinations, but hadn’t tried the hot chocolate yet. aT the Soho shop, I was shown a range of different chocolates, but ;none were what I was looking for; at the very least I wanted to think it over. While pondering my purchase,. I decided to order one of Vosges’ special drinking hot chocolates. For some reason, the Parisienne hot chocolate (a mix of chocolate and vanilla thick drinking chocolate) was served to me in a regular paper cup in contrast to the tall glasses I observed being served to other customers (it was the exact same drink!). One of the staff (not the person who had served the drink to me—she conveniently disappeared) overhead my comment to another customer about how odd it was that the drink had been presented differently. I said that I would have appreciated having the drink served in a glass as it makes a difference. The staff member smiled, but didn’t do anything to rectify the situation It was unfortunate and a bit awkward So, I then decided to make my other Vosges chocolate purchases at the UES shop where I had better service.

This place is amazing! its the best chocolate ive ever had there are some flavors that were a totally new experience, my mouth has never experienced some of these amazing flavors together.The atmosphere is nice the staff is great and helpful. They always have samples out, sometimes they sample up to 5 different types of chocolate!definitely try this place!!!!
