last night we revisited a restaurant that has blown our minds each time. with a changing menu and an acquired #Michelin star, we had to make the trip to visit our friend @simonkimnyc . piora has an optional tasting menu that we highly recommend taking advantage of- guiding you through multiple courses of the freshest, innovative and satisfying dishes you’ll ever have. out of all the dishes, we thought the spring #pea dish was best- probably due to its balance and surprise. balance of salty, sweet, earthy and mint whirl together to create a perfect composition. we can’t forget the #everything bagel bread, #cherry compote atop of #duck ravioli, strawberry cream palate cleanser and rhubarb crumble dessert … All in all Piora gets a rare (( 5//5 )).
