Never host an event on the rooftop. Worst experience of my life and I host large profitable events every other month. Stick with a better venue that doesn’t need to card at the door. The rooftop wasn’t worth it. This place is mismanaged by several different people who all seem to be in charge. Too many chiefs. Zero communication. They fired our event coordinator the day before my party and Nobody attended to this event at all. All we did was run around looking for assistance… Where’s the food? Turn the AC up… My $50 bottle of Prosecco that I purchased as a surprise gift for my partner came out with no notice to me and was left unattended only for a random person to indulge in it. It was for my partners birthday, and they ruined the surprise by talking to her about it after I clearly asked them not to say anything. Apparently you have to be 21 to go inside the venue, even for a 3 hour event that started at 6pm, yet the after hours party I stopped at later on, on the roof had all kinds of marijuana and lord knows what else going on… It would have been appropriate for someone to inform me before I dragged my 20 year old cousin and his college friends to help me with my gift bags. They also never charged my credit card the deposit two months ago Or the full amount a week prior, so at 7pm while im talking with one of my clients from the New York Times, they’re asking me to pay my bill. My company card debits only $1400 a day so being they were trying to process the entire bill at once, naturally it wasn’t processing, so I was calling my bookkeeper for a new card , at 7 o’clock during my party. Then when I got the card, I couldn’t find anyone to process. At the same time, I’m begging an arrogant juice head who calls himself a General Manager to let my cousin in the door. I was previously told I had to pay a mandatory security fee, so a security guard is on the roof. Well I was lucky to find a bus boy to help me move the wet floor signs out of the bathroom and change toilet paper. At least they reversed my charges and comped my french fries without a hassle—surprisingly.Being the owner is the President of the New York Nightlife Association and an attorney himself, it would have behooved him to talk to me himself but he chose not to. If he was intelligent, he would know my immediate family member is the Deputy Commissioner of New York State Liquor Licensing in New York and that I have several liquor licensing attorneys in the fam… Surely he doesn’t care. but mark my word, the bureau will be keeping a birds eye view on this dump .,I’m not joking. Everything from A to Z went wrong. Don’t ever go here. When least expected, this place will go down. The owner was there and never acknowledged me after I asked all 10 of his incompetent managers to get him. I blame him for running a mismanaged business. I lost thousands and thousands of dollars .

Loud, 1hr 15 minutes late on the table even though we had a reservation. Can I say loud again? Screaming at the waitress to order and she can’t hear obviously meaning the order was wrong.Just a poor showing overall. I won’t eat here again.

Great Brunch Spot. I went here for brunch on a Sunday. What a great way to enjoy a Spring afternoon! I had the french toast and bacon, and my boyfriend had the Shrimp and Grits and Pork Belly Confit. Everything was so delicious! The service was outstanding, the entire staff was so friendly. And the best part is their rooftop area! It is like your private oasis. I would go out of my way any day to come visit this place. Put this place on your must try list.
