Horrible customer service. They have nice flavor in their food i love their biryani infact i love 90% of their food but they are not friendly they have their family sitting in the back just talking and yelling on one table and they are super slow i ordered briyani on phone the guy said it will be ready in 20 mins so i came in exactly after 20 mins and the guy in restuarant said he doesnt have any phone order for biryani so i ended up waiting for 1 hour. And also their buffet is horrible everything is dry and crunchy.
Horrible. We had the lunch buffet on a Saturday. Not a single thing at the buffet was labeled, so it’s your guess as to what you’re getting, maybe chicken, maybe not. The water came with no ice in it. The decor is horrendous. Tables have glass on them, but there is dirt and debris under the glass. Some of the chairs have covers on them, but they don’t fit correctly and give the restaurant a messy look. The service was abysmal. There appeared to be one waiter for the whole restaurant, which is fine, since it was close to empty for lunch hour on a weekend. The problem was he disappeared in the back for at least 15 minutes while people waited at the front to be seated and we waited for our check. Some other employee (owner? manager?) sat at a back table and ignored the entire situation. The only positive thing I can say about this restaurant is that they serve you fresh, hot nan at your table, and it was very good. The quality of the food at the buffet was not good.
Very bad. I hate it im not going back again.. service is bad they used to have a very nice waitress but now shes gone i dont recommend that place at all .
Not worth it. I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Indian and Pakistani foods, so I was excited when I found this place down the road. Dropped in, and was pretty disappointed. Found that everything was a little bland. I don’t know if they have a menu, the waitress barely said a word to me, but I was only given the option of the buffet. It was half empty, most of it wasn’t labelled (which drives me nuts), and there wasn’t much of a selection. I found myself looking for old favorites, and finding none of it. At almost $18 for a plate and a drink, I expect a lot more.
Disappointed !. I went to this place with my family and I must say I left pretty upset with the quality of food and customer service. Their Tandoori Chicken had blood in it, when I told the guy, he just smiled and left, even charged me for it. Their daal was days old. Customer service was appalling. I would recommend staying away from this place.
I went to chaska grill but tooo disappointed…..me and y husband love their tandoori chicken but they put only one or two pieces then there is no food i mean it is disgusting you ask the waitress to do the fill and she keep looking at other person even after 2-3 rounds there still either no rice or just curry but no chicken in it. the cook sitting there and eating… you ask for nan waitress look at the cook he leaves his food in between make something and come back n eat….we spent there almost 50 minutes waiting for food and came back half stomach….very pathetic NEVER GO THERE…
I love the buffet, very affordable and food taste great. Music is pleasing and ambience is ok. Service was good.
